Lamps are printed to order. Making usually takes up to 72 hours (business days), plus courier delivery time across B&H.

Can I return a product?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You have 15 days to return an unused product in its original packaging — contact us first at hello@monoform.ba for instructions. Custom-colour lamps are made to your specifications and can't be returned. Every lamp comes with a 1-year warranty.

Can I get a lamp in a custom color?

Question 7

What kind of light does the lamp give?

A soft, warm white glow (2700–3000 K) from the LED bulb that ships with the lamp. Our lamps are ambient / mood lamps — they're made to set the atmosphere of a room, not to serve as reading or task lighting. We'd rather you know that upfront so the lamp lands exactly where it belongs.

Is a bulb included with the lamp?

Yes — a warm-white LED bulb (E14 socket) ships in the box with every lamp, free of charge, so it glows the moment you unpack it. There is nothing extra to buy and nothing extra to pay. When you eventually replace it, use an LED bulb only, up to 5 W.

Do you offer wholesale or large quantities?

Yes — for orders of 50+ lamps we offer volume pricing, custom colors and agreed timelines.

What material are the lamps made of?

We print the lamps from PLA bioplastic — a plant-based material that is sturdy, light and odourless. Warm LED light passes through the thin layers and creates the soft, diffused glow 3D-printed lamps are known for.

Is a 3D-printed lamp safe for everyday use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The lamp uses a certified E14 socket with a switched mains cable and an EU plug, and every component we fit is standard and certified. Use LED bulbs only, up to 5 W — they barely warm up. As with any lighting, don't cover the lamp, keep it away from heat sources, and unplug it before changing the bulb.

How do I clean and care for the lamp?

A dry, soft cloth or a gentle blast of air for dust between the layers is enough. Avoid wet cloths, chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight — PLA ages best indoors.

What do I need to power the lamp?

Accepted Answer

Just a regular wall outlet (220–240 V) — the lamp comes with a mains cable, an EU plug and an inline switch. The warm-white LED bulb is already in the box, free with every lamp, so there is nothing else to buy. Screw it in, plug the lamp in and it glows.

Do you deliver outside Bosnia & Herzegovina?

We currently deliver within B&H only. If you're ordering from abroad, write to us — for individual cases and larger orders we can arrange shipping.

Question 15

How much electricity does the lamp use?

Accepted Answer

Very little. The lamp draws whatever its bulb draws — the LED bulb we include is up to 5 W, so even with everyday evening use the cost is negligible.

What does "printed to order" mean?

We keep no stock. Your lamp is printed only after you order it — layer by layer, in the color you choose. Every order is made just for you, with no surplus and no waste.

Can I give the lamp as a gift?

Of course — lamps arrive neatly and safely packed, ready for gifting. If your order is a gift, leave us a note at checkout and we'll gladly accommodate.

Which bulb can I use?

Accepted Answer

LED bulbs only, up to 5 W, with the matching socket (E14 — stated on the product page). A matching warm-white LED bulb already ships with the lamp free of charge; if you replace it, we recommend warm white (2700–3000 K), and for denser shades like copper and jade a 1000+ lumen bulb. Incandescent and halogen bulbs generate too much heat and can deform or damage the 3D-printed lamp.
