General terms
By using monoform.ba you agree to these terms. Monoform is a brand of Monoklik d.o.o., Kolodvorska 12, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina. All prices are shown in convertible marks (KM) and include applicable taxes.
Orders, production and cancellation
Products are printed to order. You can cancel an order at no cost until production has started — write to hello@monoform.ba as soon as possible with your order number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error or material unavailability.
Payment and delivery
Cash on delivery is currently available — paid in cash to the courier on arrival — or cash at pickup in our Sarajevo studio. Courier delivery is 11 KM across B&H and free on orders over 150 KM; studio pickup is always free. If a shipment is not collected or is refused without cancelling first, we reserve the right to charge the actual costs of shipping and returning the parcel before accepting future orders.
Receipt and transit damage
Please inspect the parcel on receipt. Report visible damage to the packaging to the courier immediately, and to us at hello@monoform.ba within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the packaging and the product. A damaged or incorrect product will be repaired or replaced at our cost. Claims reported after that window are handled under the warranty.
Returns and complaints
For distance purchases you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 15 days of receipt. Before sending anything back, contact us at hello@monoform.ba for instructions — we are unable to accept unannounced returns. The product must be unused and undamaged, in its original packaging with all parts; return shipping is paid by the customer and the original delivery fee is not refunded. As orders are paid cash on delivery, refunds are made by bank transfer within 15 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. If the product shows signs of use or damage, or parts are missing, we reserve the right to proportionally reduce the refund.
Custom colours
Custom-colour lamps (outside the standard palette) are made to your specifications and are exempt from the right of withdrawal — returns and exchanges are not possible, except in case of a defect or an error on our side. We confirm the colour with you before production begins.
Nature of 3D-printed products
Our lamps are 3D printed, layer by layer. The fine layer texture and small variations are part of the process and the product's character, and are not considered defects. Colour shades may differ slightly from what you see on screen and between material batches.
Warranty
All lamps come with a 1-year warranty covering materials and workmanship. If a covered fault appears, we will — at our choice — repair, replace or refund the product, at no cost to you. Damage from improper use, drops, modifications or normal wear is not covered. Write to hello@monoform.ba with your order number and photos.
