Data we collect
When you order we collect your name, contact and delivery address, solely to process and deliver your order. We do not store card data.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the cart and checkout work, for basic traffic statistics, and to measure advertising performance. Traffic statistics are handled by Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no tracking cookies and builds no profile of an individual visitor. You can manage cookies in your browser settings — clearing them also clears the identifier described below.
Data we share with Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and measure those ads with the Meta Pixel in your browser and the Meta Conversions API from our server. Alongside events such as viewing a product, adding to the cart and completing an order, we send Meta matching data: email address, phone number, first name, last name, city, postal code and country, plus a randomly generated visitor identifier that we keep in a cookie for up to two years. That data is converted into an irreversible cryptographic form (SHA-256) before it is sent, and your IP address and browser details are passed to Meta as well. Details you enter at checkout are kept in your browser's storage so they can be attached to later events. If you would rather not take part, block cookies in your browser settings or write to us at hello@monoform.ba.
Who else processes your data
Besides Meta, the following process data on our behalf: Brevo (order confirmations and the newsletter), Vercel (site hosting and traffic statistics) and Neon (the database that stores orders). Each of them processes data only on our instructions and only for the purposes above. We do not sell your data and do not share it for any other purpose.
Email communication
We send order confirmations via Brevo. You receive our newsletter only if you subscribe, and can unsubscribe at any time.
Your rights
